Are you a thinker and doer who's passionate about Tassie music?

Do you have the smarts, skills and time to volunteer for Music Tasmania and take the organisation to the next level?

We're now calling for nominations for Music Tasmania's Board of Management in 2016/17.

The Board will play a vital role in ensuring Music Tasmania can continue to support the music community at a time of funding uncertainty and scarce resources.
Music Tasmania is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that aims to develop, promote and advocate for the creation and presentation of original Tasmanian music. It is governed by a volunteer Board comprising eight members elected by financial members of Music Tasmania and up to three members appointed by the Board. Music Tasmania and the Board operate under its Rules of Association that outline the formal structure and responsibilities of the organisation and are recognised by law.

Any paid-up member of Music Tasmania is eligible to nominate for the Board. Unsure if your membership is current? Get in touch and we'll find out for you. Or, sign-up online!

To nominate you need to complete this short online form
