Tassie Falls Festival line-up!
Music Tasmania and The Falls Festival have just added a bunch of Tasmanian talent to the Marion Bay line-up.
On December 29, the Field Stage will be taken over by some of the state’s best electronic artists in a massive sonic showcase. Featuring celebrated producer Akouo, master on decks Dameza, maniacal Milquebath and friends, the quirky dance music of Je Bahl, and fan favourite Hugo Bladel, plus DJ’s Puffy Pank, DJ DynOmite and DJ Jigglypuff. It’s a chance to get you’re dancing shoes on.
From December 30-31, Homebrewed is back presenting the best up-and-coming Tasmanian acts!
It marks the fourth year that local artists will be given the opportunity to perform in front of a huge crowd of music lovers at Falls in Marion Bay as part of the Homebrewed Stage.
“We’re really excited about the Homebrewed line-up this year,” said Music Tasmania’s CEO Laura Harper “it’s become the place to discover new local talent at the festival.”
“Some of Tassie’s best live acts have started-out by playing Homebrewed, including The Sleepyheads, Sumner, A Swayze the Ghosts, and many others. It has a legacy of supporting emerging acts.”
Falls Festival Event Manager, Abby Allen, said: “This is an incredible partnership between Music Tasmania and Falls, that’s unique to Tassie. We really want our local music community to be a part of the festival and it brings us great pride to shine a spotlight on the amazing talent that’s brewing down here.”
